iTriTracker is a Windows-based
application that enables you to log a variety of exercise events so that you
can better track your workouts as you train to meet your goal.
It not only supports the logging of the three sports associated with the
triathlon (swimming, biking and running), but you can also log other
exercises, such as kayaking, cross-country skiing, horseback riding and
non-duration/distance activities such as aerobics, weight lifting, team
sports, etc., thereby allowing you to track ALL your workouts within a
